Improving Operational Performance

The application of RFID technology to improve operational performance within the food chain has been ongoing for several years. So what progress has been made since we last visited this discussion.

In this session, we hope to stimulate discussion of where the application of RFID technology within the food industry is gaining traction to address issues of food quality, safety and rising costs.

Our panelists are drawn from a cross section of early players in the application of RFID, and bring to the discussion real world experience with RFID technology in the food chain.
